All members and hotel guests over the age of 16 at the American Guest Quarters are invited to use our gym to exercise and unwind. With a mix of cardio and resistance equipment and weights, our gym will cater to you whether you want to do a cardio workout, or if you want to give your muscles some strength training or toning exercises.

 

Once you’ve worked up a sweat, cool down at our bar and restaurant to replenish your energy before you take on the rest of the day.

Stay Active with the GQ Group Fitness Classes 

 

Group fitness classes are a great way to stay active indoors without depending on the type of weather. We hope you’ll join us!

 

With a variety of formats and 5 classes per week, group exercise participants at the GQ gym enjoy a fun and inclusive group atmosphere.

 

Our certified instructor teaches classes that cater to all fitness levels and interests. Plus, you can join the classes anytime you want.

 

The GQ members can purchase an unlimited monthly pass which allows you to take as many classes as you would like in a month at a discounted price!

 

We also offer a three month and half-year class pass giving you unlimited access to classes. To purchase, visit the GQ front desk at any time or arrive early before class begins.

Unlimited Monthly Pass: ₦35,000 (you save ₦5,000 or more)

Unlimited 3-month pass: ₦100,000 (you save ₦20,000 or more)

Unlimited 6-month pass: ₦190,000 (you save ₦50,000 or more)

Single Class Pass: ₦ 2,000
