All members and hotel guests over the age of 16 at the American Guest Quarters are invited to use our gym to exercise and unwind. With a mix of cardio and resistance equipment and weights, our gym will cater to you whether you want to do a cardio workout, or if you want to give your muscles some strength training or toning exercises.
Once you’ve worked up a sweat, cool down at our bar and restaurant to replenish your energy before you take on the rest of the day.
Group fitness classes are a great way to stay active indoors without depending on the type of weather. We hope you’ll join us!
