The GQ is a not-for-profit association organized in 1985 to support community morale and welfare of American employees in Nigeria through provision of a range of services.
It also helps expatriates assimilate into the community by providing opportunities for social, cultural, and philanthropic endeavors, thus fostering a positive experience living in Nigeria and resulting in a positive reflection on American culture and values.
